Personalized Croc, Zebra & Striped Makeup Pouch

The perfect little pouch for makeup, everyday essentials, travel and gifting! Choose your favorite pouch style, font and thread color to make it completely your own.

Each pouch can be personalized with up to 17 characters embroidered directly onto the front.

Processing Times
Every item at Campbell’s Embroidery & Design is made with care, so please allow time for your order to be created before it ships.

  • Made to order items: 10 to 15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Ready to ship items: 1 to 3 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available. Please send me a message before placing your order.

Shipping Times
Orders ship via [USPS / UPS] within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders arrive within [3 to 5] business days after shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. [Enjoy free shipping on orders over $35.]

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Brunswick, Ohio. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, and I’ll reach out with pickup details once your order is ready.

Holiday Orders
The holidays are my busiest time of year! To receive your items in time, please place holiday orders early. Order deadlines will be posted on my website and social media.

Address Accuracy
Please double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Campbell’s Embroidery & Design is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, I’m not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

International Shipping
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

Personalized & Made to Order Items
Because every personalized and made to order item is created just for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items with names, sayings, phrases, or custom thread and font choices.

Please double check your spelling, size, thread color, and font before placing your order. Items are stitched exactly as written at checkout.

All Sales Are Final
Every item at Campbell’s Embroidery & Design is made with care in small batches or created just for you, so all sales are final. This includes personalized, made to order, and ready to ship items. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Please double check your spelling, size, thread color, and font before placing your order. Personalized items are stitched exactly as written at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Please message me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your item has been stitched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or there is a mistake on my end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Sizing
Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Items cannot be exchanged for a different size.

Care
To keep your embroidery looking its best, wash inside out on cold and hang dry or tumble dry low. Damage caused by improper washing or wear is not covered.
