Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be completed before it ships. Rush production is available for select items for an additional fee, contact us before placing your order if you need something sooner.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping of $8 on all orders. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including postal service delays, weather, and high order volume during peak seasons such as the holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at campbellsembroideryanddesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
