Step 1: Upload your logo
Most parties already have a custom logo or design made for the occasion. Upload yours in the listing, and I will digitize it so it can be stitched. This is a one time digitizing fee of $20 per order. Once your design is digitized, it is saved on file, so you will not be charged again if you order additional items later, like a hat, bag, or another round of shirts for the same design.
Step 2: Choose your first size and color
Select your item type (t shirt, sweatshirt, or quarter zip), size, and color, and add the $20 digitizing fee to your cart along with it. This only needs to happen once per full order.
Step 3: Add your remaining sizes and colors
Need a few mediums, a couple of larges, an extra large, and a white tee for the bride? No problem. Go back to the listing and add each additional size or color to your cart. You do not need to add the digitizing fee again for these, since your design is already on file for this order.
Important: If you place an order without uploading a logo or design, your order will be refunded and will not be stitched. Please reach out if you would like me to make your design myself.

Processing Times
Every item at Campbell’s Embroidery & Design is made with care, so please allow time for your order to be created before it ships.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available. Please send me a message before placing your order.
Shipping Times
Orders ship via [USPS / UPS] within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders arrive within [3 to 5] business days after shipping.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Brunswick, Ohio. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, and I’ll reach out with pickup details once your order is ready.
Holiday Orders
The holidays are my busiest time of year! To receive your items in time, please place holiday orders early. Order deadlines will be posted on my website and social media.
Address Accuracy
Please double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Campbell’s Embroidery & Design is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, I’m not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Because every personalized and made to order item is created just for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items with names, sayings, phrases, or custom thread and font choices.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Please message me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your item has been stitched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or there is a mistake on my end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Sizing
Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Items cannot be exchanged for a different size.
Care
To keep your embroidery looking its best, wash inside out on cold and hang dry or tumble dry low. Damage caused by improper washing or wear is not covered.
